Cancellation policy

The registration fee will be partly refundable if notice is given by Monday, June 2nd, 2008. For refund, a signed request for cancellation (by email) is required. An amount equivalent to 25% of registration fee will be deducted for the handling charges if the cancellation is applied before June 2nd, 2008. If cancellation is applied after June 2nd, 2008, no refund can be expected. Please note that all approved refunds will only be processed after the Conference.
